WHEREAS, On September 15, 2015, Gerald Lang made an application to the Southold Town Historic Preservation Commission to do the above referenced work to a historic structure at 260 Horton Lane, Southold. WHEREAS, Commissioners reviewed the application, visited the property, met with the applicant to discuss the proposal and found that it meets the requirements for an administrative permit. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the Southold Town Historic Preservation Commission hereby authorizes and directs Damon Rallis,Administrative Assistant to the Southold Town Historic Preservation Commission to issue an administrative permit for the above referenced work.
