Located: 21275 Soundview Avenue, Southold. SCTM# 1000-135-1-2 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP with the following clarification. It is recommended that the Board identify and clarify the source of stone armoring. The existing stones seaward of the bulkhead occur below the high water mark and on public trust lands however, they appear to be located within the parcel boundaries. It is difficult to establish what rights and use the applicant has to the stones and how far that right extends. SK- .ys . by ®! • • Figure 1. Subject parcel in center and stones. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
