Located: 1515 Anchor Lane, Southold. SCTM# 1000-79-4-5 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed actions are CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards (Policy 6.3) and therefore is CONSISTENT with LWRP. A Wetlands Permit(2163)was issued for a similar sized dock in 1986. In the event the action is approved the following is recommended to further Policy 6. 1. Require turbidity controls in compliance with Chapter 275. The 5' wide easement does not extend over this parcel. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
