Environmental Consulting Services on behalf of ELSA RIVERS LIVING TRUST requests a Wetland Permit to remove approximately 43' of concrete seawall and to install an approximately 43' long by 7' wide rock revetment with a 21' return located on the consisting of a layer of 3" diameter crushed stone filter layer placed on top of filter fabric; boulders 1.33' to 4.23' in size will then be placed in a 1.5:1 slope; all disturbed grass areas will be loamed and seeded. Located: 219 The Gloaming Extension, Fishers Island. SCTM# 1000-10-9-15.4 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
