(16'x64'9") of permeable 12"x18" cut bluestone patio with open sand swept joints and stone reservoir below against the seaward side of the dwelling; install 513sq.ft. of permeable pea gravel (with stone reservoir below) walkways along the western side of the dwelling; widen and replace existing 716sq.ft., 19' wide driveway to 24'wide using permeable pea gravel with stone reservoir below; install 200sq.ft. of permeable bluestone slabs set into grass with stone reservoir below on landward side of dwelling; install electric solar array on new roof; install a 4'x12' concrete mechanical pad on the eastern side for A/C compressors; install planting areas around dwelling; install a 25' wide and 3' tall wooden farm fence on the western side of the garage extending to the western property line with a 4' gate; abandon existing septic system and install new septic system landward of dwelling; and to install gutters to leaders to drywells, and in accordance with Chapter 236 of the Town Code-Stormwater Management. The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268,Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided the Board considers the following. 1. The installation of a I/A OWTS due to proximity to surface waters and high ground water conditions is recommended. Funding may be available to the landowner. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
