Located: 360 Park Avenue Extension, Mattituck. SCTM# 1000-123-8-28.1 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268,Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided that the Board considers the following: 1. Clarify the top elevation of the revetment. 2. The potential deflection of wave energy to_the property-to the east of the parcel should be assessed. 3. The replacement of the existing septic system shown on the plan with an All OWTS is strongly recommended to further Polices 5 and 6. Grant funding is available to cover the installation costs of the system through the http://www.reclaimourwater.info/ website. pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
