SECOND: That the house and shed on the premises were constructed prior to April 1957, and owned as a single family residence and has remained same to date. The house as well as the shed on the premises are both in good condition. THIRD: This affidavit is submitted to the Building Department of the Town of Southold for the purpose of obtaining a pre-existing certificate of occupancy.
