Located: 445 Glen Court, Cutchogue. SCTM# 1000-83-1-5 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and-the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP based upon: File and permit records'show that the development of the parcel is compliant with permit conditions (Zoning Board of Appeals and Board of Trustees). The vegetation (low brush) on the crest of the bluff appears to have been consistently maintained as proposed and therefore it is my assessment that the continued trimming of the vegetation to no less than 2' in height is sustainable. Manual trimming is required and root zones should remain intact. It is recommended that the seaward limit of trimming of the vegetation is also defined. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
