Located: 21865 Soundview Avenue, Southold. SCTM# 1000-135-1-9 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided that the Board: 1. Verify that the M.H.W line is accurately depicted and that the new structure will not extend more seaward than the concrete seawall to the west. The structure should not extend further seaward than the M.H.W. line. Such an extension would impede public access along the foreshore. I concur that the existing drainage pipe should be referred to the Town Engineer to assess the function and/or compliance with Town and NYS State regulations. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
