Tuthill, being duly sworn, deposes and states as follows: That I am the Executor of the Estate of Harold E. Tuthill, who was owner of premises known as 2755 Boisseau Avenue, Southold, New York, 11971, said property being described on the Suffolk County Tax Map as District 1000, Section 55, Block 5, Lot 12.1. That the house and three barns located on said property were constructed before April, 1957, therefore predating zoning, and I am therefore submitting this affidavit in support of my application for a pre-existing certificate of occupancy.
