Patricia Moore, Esq. on behalf of THE RAIMI FAMILY TRUST requests an Administrative Permit to
remove existing dilapidated dwelling, associated footings, pillars, utilities, abandon/remove sanitary
system, and existing storm damaged bluff stairs to beach; install temporary plywood supports, as
needed, to protect bluff from erosion until restoration plan prepared and applied for in accordance
with Town Codes Chapter 275 and Chapter 111. Located: 1455 Aquaview Avenue, East Marion.

The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form
submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that
the action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the
LWRP.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its
written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.

A. INSTRUCTIONS
1. All applicants for permits* including Town of Southold agencies,shall complete this CCAF for
proposed actions that are subject to the Town of Southold Waterfront Consistency Review Law.
This assessment is intended to supplement other information used by a Town of Southold agency
in making a determination of consistency. *Except minor exempt actions including Building
Permits and other ministerial permits not located within the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area.
2. Before answering the questions in Section C,the preparer of this form should review the exempt
minor action list,policies and explanations of each policy contained in the Town of Southold
Local Waterfront Revitalization Program.A proposed action will be evaluated as to its significant
beneficial and adverse effects upon the coastal area(which includes all of Southold Town).
3. If any question in Section C on this form is answered"yes",then the proposed action may affect
the achievement of the LWRP policy standards and conditions contained in the consistency review
law.Thus,the action should be analyzed in more detail and, if necessary,modified prior to making
a determination that it is consistent to the maximum extent practicable with the LWRP policy
standards and conditions.If an action cannot be certified as consistent with the LWRP policy
standards and conditions,it shall not be undertaken.
A copy of the LWRP is available in the following places: online at the Town of Southold's website
(southoldtown.northfork.net),the Board of Trustees Office,the Planning Department,all local libraries and

RE: Demolition of house in its entirety, footings, concrete pillars,
utilities ,septic system and existing stairs to beach.
Work to be performed as follows:
All demolition work performed on the bluff will be done by hand.
All demolished materials will be hoisted off the bluff by means of a small
rubber tired deck Crane, and placed in dumpster.
Septic to be pumped if necessary (existing septic is a very small handmade
cement block set in side of the bluff) the lid and first three course's of block to
be removed, the remainder to be back filled with clean sand.
Concrete footings and block piers to be hoisted to dumpster, no concrete
masonry units to remain.
There will be no fill added to bluff as a result of the demolition work at this
time, as it would interfere with future bulk head repair.
Temporary plywood supports will be installed to sure up the bluff till bulk
head repairs or replacement are made.
Necessary fill will be added when bulkhead work is completed.
Type of fill to be determined.by the Southold Trustees.
Utility consisting of electric mast and inactive wires to pole to be removed.
Stairs to be demolished by hand and again hoisted to dumpster.
No construction debris of any kind to be left on the bluff or surrounding area.
job site to be clear of lose debris at the close of every day.
Care will be taken within reason to not damage plant life, trees and geography
of the bluff.
Upon completion no debris of any kind will be left on the bluff, base of the
bluff or surrounding areas.
All work to be performed by licensed and insured contractors.
