Located: 225 Briar Lane; Inlet leading into the Boat Basin, Southold. SCTM# 1000-81-1-16.10 & 16.11 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standard and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided that: 1. The Board verifies the MHW line in relationship to the structure is accurate and to insure that public access is not impeded. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action. Scenic resources, assumedly views of Southold Bay, are not at risk due to the proposed revetment extension being typical of the character of this section of waterfront.
