Some of the insulation in the attic was not installed correctly; that has since been corrected. I have done spot inspections of the wall and floor insulation, and in total the insulation now conforms to the applicable building code at the time of construction. I also certify that this work achieves energy compliance for the applicable code. I have also inspected the foundation of the garage. Several holes were dug around the perimeter of the garage for this purpose. It is a monolithic slab with footing. Enclosed is an as- built drawing of the deck. Also enclosed is an as-built floor plan drawing of the Master Bedroom wing showing current conditions. I have inspected the windows in the second floor bedroom and have determined that two casement windows in that room meet the applicable code requirements for egress windows.
