Dear Mr. Verity,
I have inspected the build-out of the north side of the first floor at the above referenced property, and I
certify the following:
As installed, and as best as could be determined, the framing and plumbing conform to the applicable
building code at the time of construction. Some of the insulation in the attic was not installed correctly;
that has since been corrected. I have done spot inspections of the wall and floor insulation, and in total
the insulation now conforms to the applicable building code at the time of construction.
I also certify that this work achieves energy compliance for the applicable code.
I have also inspected the foundation of the garage. Several holes were dug around the perimeter of the
garage for this purpose. It is a monolithic slab with footing. I certify that the foundation, as best as could
be determined, conforms to the applicable building code at the time of construction.

Dear Mr. Verity,
I have inspected the deck on the water side of the Master Bedroom wing and have found that the deck,
as constructed, conforms to the applicable building code at the time of construction. Enclosed is an as-
built drawing of the deck.
Also enclosed is an as-built floor plan drawing of the Master Bedroom wing showing current conditions.
I have inspected the windows in the second floor bedroom and have determined that two casement
windows in that room meet the applicable code requirements for egress windows.

RETURNED GOODS
ALL MARVIN PRODUCTS ARE SPECIAL ORDER AND MAY NOT BE CANCELLED ONCE PRODUCTION HAS COMMENCED.
