The Waterfront Revitalization Report will not be finished until January.

Committee meetings. Ralph Williams will go to the Code Committee meetings,
when needed.
The Commission has received money in the budget to update the SPLIA

funds for this project. Valerie Scopaz would like these files to be housed
in her office and eventually be put into the GIS system.
Lecture series - there have been time constraints and there wasn't money
for it. It takes several months to get money from the jrants. Perhaps it
can be done for next year. Mary Jablonski suggested perhaps having
workshops for people who want to fix up there houses but do not know
what they can, do. Possibly have ,contractors come in who do this kind
of work.
There is an application for a demolition/reconstruction of a barn at 20
Vincent Street. Ralph looked at 'it. Mary suggested that the people
