Bob Bayley will draw-up a suggested format with seal etc. and bring in for approval April 15th. 4. Valarie Marvin not only studied our local law but brought in copies of suggested changes to the definitions of the law. This is a fine piece of work and members will study their copies and re- port back in April. When all agree on the changes, they will be submitted to the Town Board for their approval. 5. Ralph Williams reported on Mr. Mancini's request for an in depth study of his house. Since Mr. Mancini is only here on weekends a date will have to be set. When this is done Ralph will call members. 6. The request of Mr. Nathan B. Seidman that his house in Orient be considered for Register in- clusion was discussed. Bob Bayley will set a date with Mr. Seidman and call members. This will most likely be on a Sunday afternoon. 7. A report on the ADF (Architecture&Design Forum) was made by John Stack. The Forum runs some fine programs. Bob Bayley is a member and will keep us informed about their pro- grams. 8. A conversation with John Halsey of Peconic Land Trust was discussed. The material he sent re easements was turned over to Valarie who will digest the legalese and report at the next meeting. 9 The National Trust for Historic Preservation , National Park Service and the National Al- liance of Preservation Commissions requested we fill out a survey. The survey will be assessed by the three sponsoring organizations and they will send us a copy of the results. This should be an interesting piece of information. 10. By Town resolution Bob Bayley, Valarie Marvin and John Stack have been reappointed to the Landmark Commission for another two years. 12. Under New Business Ralph submitted a copy of C. B.
