1. Review and accept March minutes.
2. Report by Bob Bayley on Preservation Awards..
a. Discuss suggestions for certificate format.
b. Finalize on buildings that will receive the awards.
c. Set date for presentations.
d. Arrange to notify recipients.
3. Valarie Marvin will lead discussion regarding our Local Law definition change
a. Valarie will explain the legal interpretation of easements as described in the
material we received from John Halsey.
4. Report from Ralph Williams regarding a date to review houses in our Webb House
research.
5. Report on the request of Nathan B Seidman for inclusion of his house on the Southold
Register. Bob Bayley is the contact on this request and will lead the discussion.
6. Report from Ralph regarding The Rural Neiv York Historic Preservation-Grant Program.
7. Old business
a. Discuss C.B. Moore's speech.
8. New business.
9. Set dates for work sessions and next meeting.
