The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved . The LPC videotaped a talk given by Frank Turano of SUNY Stony Brook on and at the Webb House, Orient on April 14, 1991 . This videotape will be edited by Ralph Williams using Southold School District videotape editing equipment . The original will be kept in LPC Archives. For the record , attendance by LPC at the Preservationn League Conference at Bear Mountain, New York was cancelled due to lack of hotel reservation space. Albert Richmond Einstein memorabilia and a conversation with Mr . Richmond (he was the mail deliveryman ) removed any doubt that we have the correct Einstein House on the Southold Town Register . The Critical Issues Fund Grant was discussed as to its pertinence to Southold Town. A continuing topic within the LPC has been the need for incorporating into a computer the detailed surveys conducted by the LPC ( and the survey contracted out to SPLIA, i .e. the Southold Town Structures Survey) . Issue 1 of the Critical Issues addresses this problem. The LPC has the technical expertise to do this. Award of this grant to Southold Town would result in external funding for- this undertaking . It was unanimously decided to request permission of the Town Board to submit a Letter of Intent. It was announced that Ralph Williams has been appointed a member of the Suffolk County Historic Trust Advisory Committee. Working Meetings: Edit of Webb House tape ( to be scheduled ) . Prepare Letter of Intent for Critical Issues Grant ( to be scheduled ) . Respectfully submitted , Wi iam Peters, Acting Secretary
