Tax Roll: Gerald Tuthill Occupied - owner Upon request of the Southold Town Building Department I made inspection of this one story framed dwelling with finished attic and found the following violations of Local Law #1, Housing Code of the Town of Southold. I was admitted at the front entrance by Mrs. Tuthill and began inspection at approximately 11:20 a.m. Source of heat is from a central warm air furnace with one register in living room. Main floor has two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and full bath. Finished attic has two bedrooms, ceiling height is approximately 7'0" in violation of the Building Zone Ordinance, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Article I, Section 101 - Floor Area Livable. Living Room: Outlet on south wall on lamp cord - Section 51$a . Kitchen: Gas range, no shutoff at unit - Section 5686*- No switch no control light in room at rear entrance - Section 529b. Closet in hallway: light fixture wired with lamp cord plugged into outlet in cellar - Section 528a. Finished Attic: Closet on east side of hallway, light fixture wired with lamp cord - Section 528a. Closet west side of hallway, light fixture wired with lamp cord - Section 528a. This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in triplicate to the Building Inspector with the following; for new buildings or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage dispcsol—(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non -conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3.
