Dear Mr. Cannizaro:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wednesday, September 19, 2018:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees DENY without Prejudice the
Mooring permit application of DAVID CANNIZZARO for mooring #008 in Mud Creek for
a 16' outboard motorboat due to the fact that applicant already has a useable dock.

other anchoring devices to be used, and all distances used between moorings/stakes.
