Project Description: Install while vinyl siding on the North&West facades over
insulation to match existing vinyl siding on other sides of house and the color of the
house as described in the application.
Findings:, The project meets all the requirements for"exempt status," set forth in
Chapter 170 of the Southold Town Code.
Special Conditions: No additional work permitted beyond the scope of that outlined in
the above referenced application.
If the proposed activities go beyond"exempt status" an Administrative Permit or
Certificate of Appropriateness will be required.
