Re: Rose(145 King Street, Orient, SCTM#1000-26.-1 23)Application
At the Southold Town Landmark Preservation Commission's regular meeting on September 21,
2010, commission -members met,informally,with Don and Jan Rose along with their architect,
Nancy Steelman,to discuss preliminary plans for the reconstruction of a landmarked structure at
the above referenced-location.
Although the preliminary.'-drawings were met with a favorable response by commission-members,
the applicants have not yet made a formal application to the commission;
Therefore,we cannot make any comments regarding the proposedproject at this time.
