Old Business— • New Pre-submission Request Form (Damon and Ron) Helen Keller House • Up-date on Rose application for alterations on house at 145 King Street in Orient • On-going: Progress on CLG; Ben Franklin Mileage Markers • Committee Reports: Awards Program; Education; Outreach Program; Promoting additions to Town Landmarks Register V. Adjournment/Next Meeting December 21 r - MEMORANDUM To: Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals From: James`Grathwohl,Chairman, Southold Town Landmarks Preservation Commission Date: November 4,2010 Re: Rose(145 King Street, Orient, SCTM#1000-26.-1 23)Application At the Southold Town Landmark Preservation Commission's regular meeting on September 21, 2010, commission -members met,informally,with Don and Jan Rose along with their architect, Nancy Steelman,to discuss preliminary plans for the reconstruction of a landmarked structure at the above referenced-location. Although the preliminary.'-drawings were met with a favorable response by commission-members, the applicants have not yet made a formal application to the commission; Therefore,we cannot make any comments regarding the proposedproject at this time.
