Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 170 of the Southold Town Code. The issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as described in the application received on August 5, 2009. Special Conditions: No additional work permitted beyond the scope of that outlined in the above referenced application.
