holding a Community Info Forum about CLG (in Fall); Explore
entering a float in the July 4 parade in Southold; Produce a folding
3-panel table top display for use at meetings, special events, etc.

C. Further discussion on Blake Gobel/Elizabeth Peyton proposal for195 Village
Lane, Orient - Jamie
New Business
A. Discuss repainting of NYS historical markers at Southold's Triangle
Park and other sites in the Town
B. 3:30 p.m. - Meet with Claudia Ramone and Mark Schwartz (architect)
about upcoming project on Village Lane, Orient. Pre-submission meeting;
will bring preliminary drawings. Doug is familiar with the site.
B. 4:00 p.m. - Meet with Nancy Steelman (architect) on the Rose
accessory cottage at 145 King Street, Orient, to discuss alterations. They
have ZBA approval.
C. 4:30 p.m. - Meet with Geoff Fleming of Southold Historical Society to
discuss landmarking and future re-use of Markel building on Horton's
Lane, Southold. Set date for meeting with Supervisor and Land
Preservation/Community Preservation Fund administrator.
D. 5:00 p.m. (if time permits) Discuss changes to "Spite" house in Orient. Can
be tabled until August meeting.
