NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 170-7 (b)
(Landmark Preservation) of the Town Code of the Town of Southold, the following
public hearings to consider requests for a Certificates of Appropriateness for additions
and alterations to registered landmark buildings will be held by the Southold Town
Historic Preservation Commission, at the Southold Town Hall Annex Executive Board
Room, 54375 Route 25, P O Box 1179, Southold,New York 11971, on Tuesday,
October 18,2011:
4:00 PM Donald and Janis Rose, 145 King Street, Orient (SCTM#1000-26-1-
23); Construct additions and alterations to an existing single family dwelling.
4:05 PM Leann Nealz, 195 Village Lane, Orient (SCTM#1000-18-5-8);
Construct additions and alterations to an existing single family dwelling and an
accessory building.
The Historic Preservation will hear all persons, or their representatives, desiring to be
heard and/or desiring to submit written statements before the conclusion of the hearing.
