NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Landmarks Preservation Commission determines that the proposal as outlined in plans dated April 1, 2013 meet the criteria for approval under Section 56-7 (b) of the Southold Town Code. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Commission unanimously approves the request for a Certificate of Appropriateness.
