Owners of the above house. They are interested to proceed. The information you enclosed, is somewhat different to what the previous owners informed the family and several things differ. It seems obvious it might be better to really start from where we are now. To this end, is it possible that a member or members of the Landmark Preservation Commission to visit the house? Ideally, this would be either on a Saturday or Sunday, when the owners will be at the house. Alternatively, I will be at the house for 2 weeks before I return to London. As outlined, there are several features of the house that are somewhat of a mystery, and it would be appreciated if we can get confirmation of what the Commission might define as interesting. My name is Christine Morgan, and I am a family member. The house number is 631 7348 705. Notes: -Fine example of mid-nineteenth century "Flat-Roof" House. Although, original survey was mistaken in calling these flat roofs; Italianate style employed only very low hipped roofs that appear flat from the ground surface, aerial imagery confirms that these were not flat but low pyramidal forms.
