II. Approval of Minutes: December 15, 2015 (Attached to hardcopy agenda)
III. Chairman's Comments: Vice-Chair Anne Surchin filling in for James Garretson.
IV. 3:15 PM—Appointment
• (Pre-Submission Conference): John Feldmann, owner of property at 525 New
Suffolk Road, Cutchogue (SCTM# 1000-102.-6-10.1). Proposed additions and
alterations to an existing single family dwelling on a landmarked property.
V. 3:45 PM—Appointment
• (Pre-Submission Conference): Mark Kaffaga (contractor) on behalf of John
Currin, owner of property at 745 King Street, Orient (SCTM# 1000-26.-1-
32.1). "As built" alterations to the fagade of an existing single family dwelling on
a landmarked property in the Orient Historic District.
VI. Old Business
• Bertault Barn Photos (Commissioner Parker)
• Status of memo to town attorney. (Administrative Assistant Damon Rallis)
VII. New Business
• "2016 Commission Road Map" (Attached to hard copy) (Harper c& Webb)
