I. Call to Order: 3:00 p.m.
II. Approval of Minutes: January 19, 2016 (Attached to hardcopy agenda).
• There was no February, 2016 meeting.
III. Resolution 3.15.16.1: Resolution to re-appoint HPC members. (Attached to hardcopy
agenda).
IV. Chairman's Comments
• Christ Letter (RE: 2275 Main Road, Orient): (Attached to hardcopy agenda).
V. 3:30 PM—Draft Educational Presentation (Commissioners Harper & Webb)
VI. 4:15 PM—Public Hearing (Legal notice attached to hardcopy agenda)
• 525 New Suffolk Road, Cutchogue(SCTM# 1000-102.-6-10.1). Proposed
additions and alterations to an'existing single family dwelling on a landmarked
property.
VII. 4:45 PM—Appointment
• (Conference) Administrative Permit: Susan Looze, owner of property at 1100
Youngs Avenue, Southold (SCTM# 1000-60.-2-7.1). Proposal to replace a front
door with a window, bringing the fagade back to-its original look (two windows,
one door).
VIII. 5:15 PM—Appointment
• (Conference) Continued Discussion: Mark Kaffaga (contractor) on behalf of
John Currin, owner of property at 745 King Street, Orient(SCTM# 1000-26.-
1-32.1). "As built" alterations to the fagade of an existing single family dwelling
on a landmarked property in the Orient Historic District.
IX. Old Business
• "FaVade" definition/interpretation-and"Public Street"
definition/interpretation.
o Southold Town Attorney's response to December memo. (Attached to

X. New Business
• "As Built"/Proposed fagade alterations at 335 Village Lane, Orient (SCTM#
1000-25.-2-4.13). (Commissioner Webb/Administrative Assistant Damon Rallis)
• HPC Goals Update (Commissioners Harper/Webb and all)
• Any other new business that commissioners wish to bring forth.
