NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Southold Town Historic
Preservation Commission sets a public hearing regarding the application of John Currin. Request
for a Certificate of Appropriateness under Section 170-7 (b) of the Southold Town Code,
concerning "as built" alterations to a registered landmark building at 745 King Street, Orient,
SCTM—26.-1-32.1 at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 in the Southold Town Hall Annex,
second floor conference room.
The Historic Preservation will hear all persons, or their representatives, desiring to be heard
and/or desiring to submit written statements before the conclusion of the hearing. The file is
available for review during regular business hours by contacting Damon Rallis at the Southold
Town Building Department. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Damon
