NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Southold Town Historic
Preservation Commission sets a public hearing regarding the application of Max and Jimena
Faerber. Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness under Section 170-7 (b) of the Southold
Town Code, concerning proposed additions and alterations to a registered landmark structure at
2072 Village Lane, Orient, SCTM—24.-2-27 at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 in the
Southold Town Hall Annex, second floor conference room.
The Historic Preservation will hear all persons, or their representatives, desiring to be heard
and/or desiring to submit written statements before the conclusion of the hearing. The file is
available for review during regular business hours by contacting Damon Rallis at the Southold
