Commission sets a public hearing regarding the application of Fredric Scofield. Request for a Certificate
of Appropriateness under Section 170-7 (b) of the Southold Town Code, concerning proposed
alterations to a registered landmark structure at 2355 Village Lane,Orient,SCTM—26.4-13 at 3:15 p.m.
on Tuesday,August 16, 2016 in the Southold Town Hall Annex,second floor conference room.
The Historic Preservation will hear all persons, or their representatives, desiring to be heard and/or
desiring to submit written statements before the conclusion of the hearing. The file is available for
review during regular business hours by contacting Damon Rallis at the Southold Town Building
