Located: 702 Wiggins Lane, Greenport. SCTM# 1000-35-4-28.36 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the below listed Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided the following is considered to further Policy 6: 1. The installation of a Innovative/Alternative Onsite Wastewater Treatment System for the proposed four bedroom single family home. 2. Require that the non-turf buffer be vegetated with beneficial species. Clarify the setback to the regulated feature. It is not shown or is illegible. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
