Enclosed please find a copy of the LEGAL NOTICE for the Southold Town Board of Appeals
which provides the date and place for the Hearing and the request for one (1) variance for the
above referenced property. Also enclosed is a copy of the PROPERTY SITE PLAN showing
the proposed raised dwelling
The property is located at 4200 Kenney's Road, Southold.
The applicants propose to demolish the existing dwelling, shower, garage, porches, steps,
cesspool, water well, shed and stepping stones and construct a two story dwelling elevated on a
foundation system. Install a new drywell system and I/A system..
