Enclosed please find a copy of the LEGAL NOTICE for the Southold Town Board of Appeals
which provides the date and place for the Hearing and the request for one (1) variance for the
above referenced property. Also enclosed is a copy of the PROPERTY SITE PLAN showing
the proposed raised dwelling
The property is located at 4200 Kenney's Road, Southold.
The applicants propose to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a one story single family
dwelling on a piling system with a seaward side porch, side deck and stairs to grade, with anew
drywell and I/A sanitary system..

Section 280-124, and the Building I Ispector's July 31, 2017 amended October 10, 2017
Notice of Disapproval based on al application for a permit to demolish an existing
dwelling and construct a new single family dwelling; at: 1) less than the code required
minimum front yard setback of 35l,feet, located at: 4200 Kenneys Road (Adj. to Long
Island Sound), Southold, NY. SCTM#1000-54.4-3.
The Board of Appeals will hear all persons, Dr their representatives, desiring to be heard
