Unoccupied - New Owner: Ernest Rositake TEL. 765-2660 Upon request of the Southold Town Building Department, I made inspection of this one family framed building and found the following violations of Chapter 52 Housing Code, Town of Southold. I admitted myself to front entrance with key left on premises per Mr. Resitzkes' instructions. The building consists of two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and has a full cellar. The building is heated with a warm air furnace located in cellar with floor outlet located in northeast end of living room. Bathroom: No moisture resistant flooring. Sec. 52-56. A-4 (Toilet bowl removed in process of repair - rotted section of floor). Kitchen: water pipes not connected to sink, in process of replacement. Gas range, no shutoff of valve at unit. Sec. 52-52 B-2. Refrigerator and gas cooking range in unsanitary condition. Sec. 52-62 A. Cabinet over sink covers wall light fixture. Electric box and fixture not secure. Sec. 52-56 A-1. Cellar: Inside stair - no handrails, two open sides. Sec. 52-27 B. Opening at seal of smoke stack for furnace at chimney thimble. Sec. 52-54 A 1-2. New hot water heater not hooked up. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code complionce from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non -conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3. Date of any housing code or safety inspection of buildings or premises, or other pertinent in- formation required to prepare a certificate. C. Fees: 1. Certificate of occupancy $5.00 2.
