Michael Domino, President Town of Southold Board of Trustees From. Mark Terry, Assistant Town Planning Director LWRP Coordinator Date: December 6, 2018 Re: LWRP Coastal Consistency Review for ANDREW SEMONS SCTM# 1000-64-3-2.2 Jeffrey Patanjo on behalf of ANDREW SEMONS requests a Wetland Permit to remove and replace 10 linear feet of bulkhead in-place using vinyl sheathing; and to establish and perpetually maintain a 10' wide non-turf buffer along the landward edge of the new bulkhead. Located: 1580 Hobart Road, Southold. SCTM# 1000-64-3-2.2 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided that: 1. The Board require the installation of a 20' wide non-turf buffer landward of the retaining wall as required in Wetland Permit(4387). This action proposes a 10' wide non-turf buffer. 2. Existing vegetation is preserved. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
