TERRY, being duly sworn deposes and says that he is one of the owners of property located at 230 Jockey Creek Drive, Southold, New York. The property is approximately 100 X 175 and contains one residential dwelling. A Certificate of Occupancy has never been issued for this property. The building existed prior to April 23, 1957 and has been used continuously since that time as a private one-family dwelling.
