"Amended Map A of Nassau Point owned by Nassau Point Club Properties Inc., situate in the Town of Southold, Long
Island, New York"surveyed June 28, 1922 by Van Tuyl, C.E. & Surveyor of Greenport, New York and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922 as Map Number 156, said lot is bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Nassau Point Road and the northeasterly side
of Aborn Lane;
RUNNING THENCE South 54 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds West along the northeasterly side of Aborn Lane 262.00
feet to a point;
THENCE North 35 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds West 214.03 feet to a point;
THENCE North 36 degrees 25 minutes 44 seconds East, 67.59 feet to a point;
THENCE South 86 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds East, 293.15 feet to the westerly side of Nassau Point Road;
THENCE South 04 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds East, 60.21 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING-
