Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being known and designated
as Lot 28 on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map "A° of Nassau Point, owned by Nassau
Point Club Properties, Inc.", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as
Map No. 156, which said lot, according to said map, is more particularly bounded and

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Nassau Point Road where same is
