situate,lying and being Town of Southold,Village of Cutchogue,County of Suffolk and State of
New York,being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on
the westerly side of Alvah's Lane adjoining other land of the parties of the first part and running
thence northerly and along Alvah's Lane a distance of about 90 feet, more or less,to other land of
the parties of the second part;thence running westerly along other land of the parties of the
