Suffolk and State of New York, being known and designated as and by Lot No. 3 on a certain subdivision map entitled,
"Subdivision Map of Deborah Edson", which map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 7,
1988 under File Number 8537, said lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly side of Depot Lane where the same is intersected by the division line between
Lots 3 and 4, said point being distant 1311.01 feet Northwesterly as measured along the Northeasterly side of Depot Lane
from the corner formed by the intersection of the Northwesterly side of Main Road and the Northeasterly side of Depot
Lane;
RUNNING THENCE North 38 degrees 36 minutes 40 seconds West along the Northeasterly side of Depot Lane 175.01
feet to the division line between Lots 2 and 3 first above mentioned;
