This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in triplicate to the Building Inspector with the following; for new buildings or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2.Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal—(5-9 form or equal). 3.Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non -conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3. I made an inspection of buildings at this location for the purpose of issuing a Pre -Existing Certificate of Occupancy. Inspection began at approximately 9:00 A.M. The original structure is a wood framed one story building constructed on a cement block foundation. Ground floor contains a kitchen, full bathroom, two bedrooms and a living room. A raised deck was added under Building Permit #283OZ dated August 3, 1965 to which subsequent Certifica of Occupancy #22477 was issued. On July 11, 1972, Building Permit #600rZ was issued to construct additional living area and replace detached garage located in side yard. To date under this no Certificate of Occupancy has beer. issued or appliedrfor. mit nAnbaccessory storage building constructed under Building Permit #8206Z dated Septembe 241 1975 is located in side yard area close to westerly property line. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Code of The Town of Southold were found: Pre. -Existing: U14-1—hen-no refrigerator for food storage. Article V, Section 2-27 A.1 Bathroom -two sections of wall tiles are missing where wall and floor meet near toilet. Article III, Section 52-32 C Electr 2A -cellar on northerly wall; open electrical Junction box where connection was made for deck light; electrical duplex outlet hanging on conductor.
