intersection of the division line between the easterly line of premises herein and the
westerly line of lands now or formerly of Franco G. Purita and Claudia Purita with the
northerly side of Soundview Avenue, said point additionally being North 82 degrees 16
minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 100.00 feet from the westerly line of lands now or

RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Soundview Avenue the following two
courses and distances:
