ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Orient, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 9 on a certain map
entitled, "Settlers at Oysterponds" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 4, 1984 as Map
No. 7729, said Lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Halyoake Road, said point being distant 626.50 feet
Northeasterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the Easterly side of Halyoake Road and
the Northerly side of Orchard Street, said point also being where the division line between Lots 9 and
10 on the above mentioned map intersects the Easterly side of Halyoake Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the Easterly side of Hatyoake Road, North 40 degrees 42 minutes 40
seconds East, 272.01 feet to the approximate center line of a 50 foot right of way;
