New York", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 21, 1957, as Map No. 2777, described

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Sound View Road where the same is intersected by the division line

RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Sound View Road, North 78 degrees 30 seconds West, 100 feet to the
