Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The
issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the
revised site plan prepared by Mark Schwartz, received on October 25, 2017, and
stamped approved on October 26, 2017.
Special Conditions: The installation of gutters to leaders to drywells onto the
dwelling.
Inspections: Final Inspection.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a

The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has completed a review
of your proposal to construe an addition to an existing single family dwelling as shown
on the site plan prepared by Mark K. Schwartz, dated 3/21/17.
The proposed addition will be constructed more than 75 feet from the tidal
wetland boundary. Based on the above information, DEC has determined that the
project is listed in the Tidal Wetlands Land Use Regulations (6NYCRR Part 661.5) as a
use not requiring a permit. Therefore, no permit is required under the Tidal Wetlands
Act(Article 25) of the Environmental Conservation Law.
Be advised, any additional work or modification to the projee'as-described, may
require DEC authorization. Please contact this office if such activities are contemplated.
Please note that this meter does not relieve you of the responsibility of obtaining
any necessary permits or approvals from other'agencies or mal municipalities.
