BEGINNING at a merestone set on the Southerly side of Barlow Pond Lane, said merestone being five
hundred and eight-four and nine-hundredths feet East of a point which is thirty-one hundred and
seventy-four and fifty-two hundredths feet North of another monument marking the U.S. Coast and
Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station 11Nin" (which said "Nin"monument is located near the Western end
