Dear Mr. Gillespie:
Mrs. Margaret S. Katzenberg is filing her application for a
variance as shown on the survey.
The variance parcel involved is the house on the waterfront
which contains 23, 000+ square feet of land area.
Mrs. Katzenberg has no desire to sell off more than the
subject parcel at this time. She wishes to retain the remainder of
the property for her daughter who lives in the remodeled second
house.
