At the same time, we are under contract to sell off the vacant lots 73, 74, 75 and 76 to Mr. Olson's clients. would you please confirm that simultaneous variance applications are necessary, even though the parcels face separate streets - that is, Stillwater and Tract Avenues. If variances are, in fact, necessary, please send me the appropriate building department and zoning board forms. I enclose postage for your convenience in sending me such forms.
