Re: Estate of Martin Huhnken
cutchoque property
Att: Mr. Howard Terry
Dear Mr. Terry:
I understand from Gary Olson, Esq. that there
has been an up-zoning of the property shown on the enclosed
photo copy a year or two ago to a minimum of 40,000 sq. ft.,
which will require a variance for the Estate to sell off the
house parcel situated on Lots 46, 47 and 48.
At the same time, we are under contract to sell
off the vacant lots 73, 74, 75 and 76 to Mr. Olson's clients.
would you please confirm that simultaneous
variance applications are necessary, even though the parcels
face separate streets - that is, Stillwater and Tract Avenues.
If variances are, in fact, necessary, please send
me the appropriate building department and zoning board forms.
I enclose postage for your convenience in sending me such forms.
If you feel that a discussion of this matter would
be helpful, I would be most appreciative if you would call me
at my office, person to person, collect. Thank you.
