After investigation and inspection the Board finds that applicant
requests permission to hold a yard sale on August 12, 1972 on premises
located on the north side of Main Road, Orient, New York.
The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and
justice will be served and the legally established or permitted
ase of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not
be permanently or substantially onjured and the spirit of the
Ordinance will be observed.

premises located on the north side of Main Road, Orient, New York, sub-
jeet to Resolution of the Southold' TWn Board 'of Appeals dated June 15,
